Team Registration

Fill out all required fields below. You will be required to choose the division which you would like to join, captain and team information before you will be able to complete the registration form.

*** NEW FOR SPRING 2026 *** We will not be taking jersey orders this season and each team will be responsible for their own uniforms. Please make sure your team jerseys match for your own team, do not have pockets, and contain no offensive language. There are a variety of screen printers available in the Knoxville area that are able to handle your uniforms.

The Team Fee for this season has increased only $25/team to an even $600. This is our first price increase in many years. With field rentals, equipment costs, medical insurance, etc. having all increased over the past several years, it became necessary to make this change. We appreciate your understanding.

• Pro Division – Highest competition level.

• Semi-Pro Division – Middle competition level. This division will be split into two divisions at mid-season into an “A” and “B” division based on results and team’s competition. Those divisions will play the remaining four games of the regular season and playoffs within their own division.

• Recreation Division – Lower competition level. This division is designed for teams just getting started with flag football, businesses/organizations, or those looking for more relaxed competition.

* The league reserves the right to move teams from one division to another in order to create more balanced competition.
